THIRD ANNUAL SAM BURNS JUNIOR FOUR-BALL CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW

February 25, 2021                    Choudrant, Louisiana

The Third Annual Sam Burns Junior Four-Ball Championship kicks off on Saturday at Squire Creek Country Club. This is the first event of the 2021 season on the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour and it is the most popular event. Sam Burns, our host, has been a huge supporter of junior golf in Louisiana and he continues to go above and beyond to give back to junior golfers. Burns is coming off of a solo third place finish at last week’s Genesis Invitational and is currently a top 30 player in the FedEx Cup standings on the PGA Tour. Sam will conduct a range clinic, where he will go through his warm-up and hit balls for all of the participants in the Championship and answer any questions the juniors may have. This is an excellent opportunity for many of these junior golfers to get an up-close view of one of the top professional golfers in the world.

The field is stacked with the best junior golfers in Louisiana as well as junior golfers from all over the country. Below is a list of players who have committed to play college golf and are in the field. There are many other junior golfers who will soon be committed to playing golf at the next level.
