Our December Louisiana Junior Golf Tour Player of the Month is Miss Jade Neves. Jade is from New Orleans, Louisiana and currently attends Academy of the Sacred Heart. Jade was the 2023 LJGT at the Wetlands Championship winner, and we got the chance to ask her some questions pertaining to her succession. These were her answers!
If you could play golf with anyone in the world, who would you pick and why?
I would play with Nelly Korda because it has always been my dream to meet her and I would love to be able to talk to her in real life.
What is your favorite memory from playing golf?
Winning state as a 7th grader!
What is one random fact about yourself?
I am an only child BUT I have 2 dogs
If you were a golf club, which would you be and why?
I would be a driver so I could be used all the time and hit it really far.
What is your dream course to play?
Augusta National
What is your go-to snack or food to get you “tournament ready”?
Usually most days before a tournament I eat a waffle for breakfast. YUM!
Who is someone you love to play golf with or against because you know it will help improve your golf game?
LPGA player Gemma Dryburgh she practices out of the same golf club as me!
