BECOME A VOLUNTEER OF THE LOUISIANA GOLF ASSOCIATION

March 17, 2010 -- Each year the Louisiana Golf Association conducts eight (8) championships that test the skills of our amateur golfers.  The LGA is able to put on these great events because of the continued support of our member clubs and individual members. We are seeking people who would be willing to give some of their time to help in the areas of starting, scoring, pace of play monitoring, rules officiating (depending on experience), etc. This is an excellent opportunity to give back to the game and learn many of the integral functions specific to running a golf tournament.  Our events take place April through September.

If you have some free time and a love for golf, we encourage you to become a volunteer of the Louisiana Golf Association.  Your assistance will allow us to continue hosting competitive and fun tournaments for amateur golfers in our state.
